技术会聚对创新绩效的作用机制研究 被引量:8

The Effect Mechanism of Technological Convergence on Innovation Performance

摘要 随着社会经济快速发展,技术会聚备受关注。基于美国专利商标局授权的2 025项中国专利数据,利用负二项回归模型,探讨组织机构技术会聚程度对创新绩效的作用机制,并引入技术知识成熟度和技术知识流动性作为调节变量。研究结果表明:组织机构技术会聚程度与其创新绩效呈倒U型关系;组织机构技术知识成熟度削弱了技术会聚程度与创新绩效之间的关系;组织机构技术知识流动性削弱了技术会聚程度与创新绩效间的关系。研究结论可为组织机构提高创新绩效提供理论依据。 Given the rapid development of social economy,technological convergence attracts increasing attention in recent few years.This study investigates the effect of technological convergence on innovation performance at the organizational level.In addition to the direct effect of technological convergence on innovation,we address the moderating roles of technological knowledge maturity and technological knowledge flow on the direct effect.The empirical analyses,which employ negative binomial regression models,use data of 2025 patents granted to Chinese organizations by the USPTO.The results show that an increase in technological convergence has an inverted U-shaped relationship on innovation performance.Also,we find that the technological knowledge maturity and technological knowledge flow of organizations negatively moderate the relationship between technological convergence and innovation performance,respectively.This article finally give the policy and management implications on how to enhance the innovation performance of organizations.
