摘要
为了探索燕麦(Avena spp.)种子的耐盐萌发特性和盐胁迫下品种间的耐盐差异,本研究以国内推广面积较大的8个皮燕麦(Avena sativa)和2个裸燕麦(A.nuda)品种种子为研究对象,对不同NaCl浓度胁迫条件下种子的萌发指标进行测定并分析。结果表明,燕麦品种间耐盐胁迫差异显著(P<0.05),皮燕麦耐盐性高于裸燕麦,皮燕麦以青海444和贝勒耐盐性最高,裸燕麦花早2号优于坝莜1号。主成分分析结果表明,主成分1主要包括平均萌发时间、萌发指数、活力指数、根长和苗高,代表萌发速率综合指标(59.96%),主成分2主要包括发芽率和萌发整齐性指数,代表比率综合指标(18.27%),二者共同可解释盐胁下6个萌发指标的78.20%方差变异。因此,评价盐胁迫下燕麦萌发特征时,首选萌发速率综合指标。在高盐地区燕麦种植时,首选为皮燕麦种子,其次选择耐盐性强的裸燕麦品种。
To explore the seed germination characteristics and differences in salt tolerance of oat varieties,8 varieties of hulled oats(Avena sativa)and 2 varieties of naked oats(A.nuda)were treated with 4 concentrations of NaCl(0,50,100,and 200 mmol·L-1),and the germination indices were determined.The results showed significant differences in seed germination indices under salt stress,among the oat varieties.The hulled oat exhibited greater germination ability than the naked oat when treated with NaCl,and the hulled varieties“Qinghai 444”and“Baler”were most tolerant to salt stress.Between the two naked oat varieties,“Huazao No.2”was more tolerant to salt stress than“Bayou No.1”.Principle component 1,which is referred to as germination rate aggregative indicator,mainly included mean germination time,germination index,vigor index,seedling length,and root length,while the principle component 2,which is referred to as germination ratio aggregative indicator,mainly contained germination percentage and synchronization index.The principle components 1 and 2 account for 59.96%and 18.27%variation,respectively,among the six measured germination indices.Our results demonstrated that the principle component 1 should be the first choice for accessing tolerance of oat varieties to salt stress,and that hulled oat should be considered when planting in saline soils.
