盐碱胁迫对砂生槐种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究砂生槐[Sophora moorcroftiana(Benth.)Baker]种子在盐碱胁迫下的萌发情况,选用3种溶液盐(NaCl溶液)、碱(NaOH溶液)、复合盐碱(NaCl+NaOH 1∶1混合溶液),采用不同浓度梯度(0、0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10、0.12mol/L)进行处理,测定不同浓度梯度盐碱胁迫对砂生槐种子萌发的影响。结果表明,3种不同盐碱胁迫对砂生槐种子的生长分别有着不同的响应机制;盐胁迫下,种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数随浓度的增加呈先增大后降低趋势;复合盐碱胁迫和碱性条件下,种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数呈逐渐降低趋势,表明碱对砂生槐生长有着显著影响。在探究种子萌发后的幼苗长度时,发现种子长度的表现为盐胁迫>复合盐碱胁迫>碱胁迫,且溶液的浓度越低,根茎越长。 In order to explore the germination of the seeds of Sophora moorcroftiana under salt and alkali stress,three kinds of solution salt(NaCl solution),alkali(NaOH solution)and compound saline alkali(NaCl+NaOH1∶1 mixed solution)were selected,and different concentration gradients(0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10,0.12 mol/L)were applied.The effects of different concentration gradient saline alkali stress on seed germination of Sophora moorcroftiana were determined.The results showed that there were different response mechanisms of three kinds of saline alkali stress to the growth of Sophora moorcroftiana seeds;Under salt stress,seed germination potential,germination rate and germination index increased first and then decreased with the increase of salt concentration;The germination rate,germination potential and germination index decreased gradually under the combined saline alkali stress and alkaline condition,indicating that alkali had a significant effect on the growth of Sophora moorcroftiana.When exploring the seedling length after seed germination,it was found that the seed length was salt stress>compound salt and alkali stress>alkali stress,and the lower the concentration of solution,the longer the rhizome.
