摘要
水泥基非膨胀型防火涂料中隔热组分是影响其隔热性能的关键.采用气凝胶粉、空心树脂球、封闭气孔3种隔热组分构成三元复合隔热体系,研究隔热组分总体积不变的情况下,3种隔热组分体积分数的变化对水泥基涂料高温隔热性能的影响,并通过浓度三角形分析气凝胶粉-树脂球-封闭气孔三元隔热系统高温隔热性能的变化规律.研究表明:掺气凝胶粉时高温隔热性能显著优于空心树脂球和封闭气孔,在气凝胶粉-空心树脂球、气凝胶粉-封闭气孔两个二元隔热系统中,随着气凝胶粉体积分数的增加,样品高温隔热性能显著提升;在气凝胶粉-空心树脂球-封闭气孔三元隔热系统中,气凝胶粉体积分数在0. 33~0. 78之间且空心树脂球和封闭气孔体积分数接近时,样品具有较好的高温隔热性能.
The thermal insulation components of cement-based non-intumescent fireproof coating are the key to its high temperature insulation performance.In this paper,ternary composite thermal insulation system of aerogel pow-der,hollow resin ball,and sealed pores are used.The effect of variation of three thermal insulation components volume fraction on the high temperature thermal insulation performance of cement-based coatings is investigated in the condition of constant volume of all thermal insulation components.The change law of ternary composite thermal insulation system is analyzed by concentration triangle.The result shows that the high temperature insulation performance of aerogel powder is significantly better than that of hollow resin ball and sealed pores.In the two binary composite thermal insulation systems of aerogel and hollow resin ball,aerogel and sealed pore,as the volume fraction of aerogel powder increases,the high temperature thermal insulation performance of the sample increases signi-ficantly.In the ternary composite thermal insulation system of aerogel,hollow resin ball and sealed pore,the specimens have a high temperature insulation performance when the volume fraction of aerogel powder is between 0.33 and 0.78 and the volume fractions of hollow resin ball and sealed pores are close to each other.
