摘要
针对拥有独立院落住宅的用户,设计折叠式停车棚,使产品节省空间、拆卸安装方便、造型美观、使用安全,同时满足用户多样化的需求。将折叠结构引入停车棚设计,采用液压缸驱动立柱摆动实现折叠,设计三铰点结构并进行优化,保证产品运动的稳定性。充分了解用户需求,在一款停车棚设计中运用折叠结构,改善了产品结构的合理性,简化了产品的操作,增加了产品功能的多样性,从产品安全性、易用性角度对控制系统进行设计,并为相关产品设计提供参考。
To design a folding parking shed,thus making the product save space,easy to be installed and disassembled,look beautiful,safe in use,and meet various needs of users at the same time,for the users who have residence with courtyard alone.The folding structure is introduced into the design of parking sheds,hydraulic cylinder is used to drive the column to realize folding,and three hinged point structure is designed and optimized,to ensure the stability of the product in movement.It should fully understand users’needs,and use folding structure in a parking garage design,to improve rationality of the product structure,simplify operation of the product,and increase diversity of the product functions.A design of the control system should be made from the perspectives of product safety and usability,thus providing reference for related product design.
