摘要
快速网络重构技术是实现智能配电网自愈控制技术最重要的手段之一。分布式电源以其清洁性和可再生性被越来越多地加入到配电系统中,充分考虑风电和光伏的接入不确定性,构建风电和光伏出力模型,并以配电网网络损耗和负荷均衡度2个重要指标,构建双目标配网快速重构模型。针对多环网的3种不可行解产生情形,提出了4条重构编码规则,使重构过程中无不可行解产生,并将其与改进萤火虫算法有机融合,以实现快速网络重构。以IEEE33节点配电网作为算例,验证了在加入分布式电源的情况下,通过快速网络重构能明显改善配网各项指标。
Fast network reconfiguration technology is one of the most important methods to realize the self-healing con-trol technology of intelligent distribution networks.Due to its cleanliness and renewableity,distributed power supply are increasingly added to the distribution system.Taking full account of wind power and photovoltaic access uncertainty,wind power and photovoltaic output model are built,and distribution network network loss and the load balance degree are applied to build a double target distribution network fast reconstruction model.According to three classes of infeasi-ble solutions of multi-ring networks,four reconfiguration coding rules are proposed,which are combinate with the im-proved firefly algorithm to achieve fast network reconstruction.Taking the IEEE33 node distribution network as an exam-ple,it is verified that the fast distribution of the network can significantly improve the performances of the distribution network by adding the distributed power supply.
