摘要
在数字经济时代,大数据、物联网、人工智能、区块链、虚拟现实等数字新技术的融合,引领了新一轮信息技术的跨越发展,同时数字新技术在政府公共管理、医疗服务、零售业、制造业以及涉及个人的位置服务等领域得到了广泛应用,并产生了巨大的经济效益和社会价值。从数字经济时代所呈现的新特征和面临的新挑战入手,探讨数字经济时代的技术发展新趋势,揭示数字经济时代的技术交叉融合关系,指出数字经济时代的应用创新趋势。
In the era of digital economy,the integration of such new digital technologies as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,block chains,virtual reality and so on,has taken the lead of a new round of leap-forward development of information technology.At the same time,new digital technologies have been widely applied to such fields as government public administration,medical services,retailing,manufacturing and personal location services,yielding tremendous economic benefits and social value.Starting with the new features and challenges of the digital economy era,the present essay first discusses the new trend of technology development in the digital economy era,then reveals the cross-integration of hot technologies in the digital economy era,and finally points out the trend of their application and innovation in the digital economy era.

陈晓红(1963—),女,湖南长沙人,中国工程院院士,湖南商学院校长,中南大学商学院名誉院长、首席学术带头人,一级教授、博士生导师;国家自然科学基金委全委会委员,国务院学位委员会工商管理学科评议组成员,全国政协委员,教育部科技委管理学部委员,教育部社科委管理学部委员,湖南省院士咨询会副会长,湖南省科协副主席;主要研究领域:两型社会与生态文明、环境大数据分析、两型工程管理等;近五年主持国家自然科学基金创新群体项目、重大项目、重点项目各1项,教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目2项;获国家科技进步二等奖、省级最高综合性科技奖、省部级科技进步一等奖等重要奖项20余项,获国家发明专利13项。
