摘要
网络舆论理性表达是新媒体时代培育积极社会心态的重要内容,也是淳化舆论生态、提升舆论引导质量、增强舆论引导效果的时代诉求。网络舆论理性表达行为在舆论质量上的差异化体现,代表了不同个体的表达水平,在构建积极社会心态的过程中发挥着重要作用。从微观层面探究舆论引导研究,以社会学习理论为研究视角,形成以"主体能力培养"为根基、"正向价值引领"为关键、"外部因素推动"为借力的养成策略应成为创新舆论引导工作手段和构建积极社会心态的梯度范式与实践探索。
The rational expression of Internet public opinion is an important part of cultivating a rational and positive social mentality in the new media era.It is also the demands of times to purify the ecology,to improve the quality and enhance the effect of the guidance of public opinion.The different behaviors represent the different expression level of public opinion,which form the different clusters and mark the different variability,and it also plays a vital important role in building a rational and positive social mentality.Thus,this paper suggests that,by applying the social learning theory as the research perspective,exploring the guidance of public opinion research from the micro level to develop a strategy based on″subject competence cultivate″as the foundation with″positive value lead″as the key and the″external factor promotion″as the leveraging,should become the innovative means of public opinion guidance,and the gradient paradigm and practical exploration of cultivating a rational and positive mentality.
