摘要
微波除冰是一种新型的除冰方法,其具有绿色、节能、加热温度均匀等诸多优点,但其除冰效率较低却大大限制了该方法的推广应用。掺入不同掺量的铁黑配制了铁黑混凝土,对铁黑混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、微波除冰效率、除冰效果等进行了系统的研究分析。结果表明:掺入铁黑降低混凝土的力学性能,掺量越大,降低幅度越大,但降低后的混凝土强度仍能够满足路用要求。铁黑混凝土的微波除冰效率与普通混凝土相比有很大程度的提升,当掺量为15%时,混凝土的微波发热效应提升192%,铁黑混凝土具有优异的微波除冰综合性能。
Microwave de-icing is a new de-icing method contain advantages like environment friendly,energy-saving,good temperature uniformity,but the low efficiency of de-icing limit the developing of microwave de-icing.Iron black was added to concrete to promote the de-icing efficient of concrete,andsystematic studies were carried out focusing on the static mechanical properties,de-icing efficiencyand de-icing effect of iron black concrete.The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete goes down with the addition of iron black and the degree of the descending is increasing by increasing addition of iron black,the properties of iron black concrete also satisfy the requirement of road despite the declining of the strength.The de-icing efficiency has a great elevation due to the addition of iron black,when the addition comes to 15%,the microwave heating efficiency of concrete improves 192%,the general de-icing properties of iron black concrete behaves well.
