摘要
0 引言
在寒冷的冬季，路面积雪结冰会给道路畅通和行车安全带来严重的不良影响。冰雪使路面附着系数大大降低，使汽车打滑、制动距离明显延长，甚至刹车失灵、方向失控，从而造成严重的交通事故。因此，为了保障道路畅通和行车安全，避免或减少交通事故，提高道路通行能力和运营效益，必须采取措施清除路面冰雪。
The current pavement deicing technologies, not only deicing from outside of pavement such as spreading snow-melting agent,cleaning manually or with machines,but also from inside of pavement including melting-with-heat,mixing salt and frost-resistant paving,are comprehensively and thoroughly summarized and analyzed.The way to fundamentally ease or resist the frost of pavement by developing environmental snow-melting agent and waste-rubber-like pavement material is presented.
