医学心理学教学改革——以情境教学法为例 被引量:4

摘要 随着现代医学模式的转变为"生物-心理-社会"模式,学习医学心理学可以使临床医学生更好的理解心理因素在疾病防治中的重要性,同时也对心理和精神疾病的治疗有更深一步的认识。但由于课程安排与临床实践的联系不够紧密,医学心理学的教学改革刻不容缓。本次教学改革过程中,教师使用情境教学法,让学生能够在抛锚式案例中独立思考,主动学习知识、实际运用技术。让学生更好的理解身心疾病和掌握心理治疗技术。 With the transformation of modern medical model into a"biological-psychological-social"model,learning medical psychology can enable clinical medical students to better understand the importance of psychological factors in disease prevention and treatment,as well as the treatment of psychological and mental illnesses.However,due to the class arrangement is not presented with clinical training,the change of medical psychology teaching method must be done as soon as possible.During this study,teachers used situational approach to stimulate undergraduates to devote themselves into the case,initiatively getting more information and adapting psychological theory.This study indicated that situational approach indeed is helpful for learning psychological therapy.
