摘要
永磁同步直线电机无位置传感器控制系统在低速域的速度和位置估计易受电机端部效应和电机参数变化的影响。利用高频脉动电流注入法提取含有位置信号的误差,并通过增广扩展卡尔曼滤波器(AEKF)进行滤波,获得电机速度和位置估计值,同时对电机参数进行辨识,能有效削弱端部效应和电机参数变化带来的影响,降低估计误差。仿真结果表明了该方法的优越性和可行性。
The speed and position estimation accuracy of sensorless control system for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is easily affected by end effect and motor parameters at low speed domain.The high frequency pulse current injection method was used to extract the error term of the position signal.The motor speed and position estimations were obtained by augmented extended Kalman filter(AEKF)filtering the error,meanwhile identifying the motor parameters which can effectively weaken the influence of end effect and reduce the estimation error.The simulation results verify the advantages and feasibility of the proposed method.
