摘要
目的研究分析将PBL教学方式运用于妇产科临床教学的效果。方法选取在本学院学习的本科生66例作为研究对象,选取时间段为2017年9—12月。通过随机数字法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组各33例。对照组学员接受传统LBL模式教学,观察组接受PBL模式教学。分析两组学员的成绩差异。结果在理论成绩方面,观察组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在病例分析以及实践操作方面,观察组分数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法运用于妇产科临床教学当中效果良好,能够改善学生学习效果,显著提升学生解决实际问题的能力。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying PBL teaching method to clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 66 undergraduates who studied in this college were selected as the research objects.The time period was from September to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into 33 groups:control group and observation group.The control group was given traditional LBL mode teaching,while the observation group was given PBL mode teaching.The differences between the two groups of students were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical results between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the scores in the case analysis and practice were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics is good.It can improve the students'learning effect and improve the students'ability to solve practical problems.
