摘要
针对传统实验室有线监控系统铺设繁琐、造价较高的问题,设计了一套无线网络多终端实验室监控系统。该系统由控制器、路由器、服务器与显示终端构成。以STM32FF103VET6为控制器核心,辅以多种环境传感器对环境信息进行采集,借助路由器搭建的无线网络实现数据传输。服务器端运行的数据库程序存储环境信息并通过Labview编写的上位机界面显示,Labview web service提供了基于浏览器的多终端访问。为了提高系统的可靠性,从供电电路、信号传输、采样电路等多个方面进行了讨论。实验测试表明,该系统安装维护简单,运行稳定可靠,造价低廉,满足实验室环境下的监控需求。
Based on the traditional laboratory wireline networks for monitoring system,there are obvious disadvantages,e.g.,complicated routing and high costs.A multi-terminal monitoring system based on wireless network is designed,it includes controller,router,server and display terminal.STM32FF103VET6 is used as the core processor of controller,it gathers the information of environment by a variety of environment sensors and transfers data through wireless network based on router.Database installed on server stores environment information and sends data to the host computer for display based on Labview.Labview Web service offers browser-based multi-terminal access.To improve system reliability,supply circuit,signal transmission and sampling circuit are discussed in detail.The tests prove system is simple installation,works stable,low cost and can meet monitoring needs of laboratory.
