摘要
为探寻水下两相流噪声特性并使其得到有效减弱,研制了一套用以分析水下射流噪声频谱特性的实验装置。实验装置由Sig MA(Signal Measurement&Analysis)信号测试系统,空气压缩机、空气高压储罐、水槽、应力式涡街流量计、喷嘴和高速摄像相机等组成。水槽采用透明玻璃制成,便于观察射流流态。该实验装置可有效进行水下射流噪声的测量以及脱离喷嘴时气泡形态变化的观测。通过对实验数据的处理,得到了不同工况下的水下射流噪声频谱图。该装置操作性强,实验结果明确,可为改善由于射流噪声引起的噪声问题提供思路。
To explore the characteristics of underwater jet-flow noise in water and effectively obtain attenuate,an experimental device for analyzing the spectrum characteristics of underwater jet-flow noise was developed.The experimental device mainly consists of SigMA signal testing system,air compressor,air high pressure storage tank,water tank,stress vortex flow meter,nozzle,high-speed camera.Water tank is made of transparent glass,so that is easy to observe the jet-flow patterns.The experimental device can effectively measure the underwater jet-flow noise and observe the change of bubble shape when it is separated from the nozzle.Through the processing of the experimental data,the spectrum of underwater jet-flow noise under different working conditions is obtained.Practice shows that the device is easy to operate,the experimental results are clear,and it can provide ideas for improving the structural safety caused by jet-flow noise.
