摘要
水下排气噪声是一些水下武器的主要噪声源之一,其排放系统管路的喷口参数对喷气产生的辐射噪声有重要影响,特别是对喷口附近气液两相流动产生的噪声有较大影响。为了研究不同喷口结构对水下喷射流场形态和辐射噪声特性的影响,本文对3种不同直径喷管进行多种工况下的水下喷气噪声试验,并观测了喷气形成的两相流场,研究发现在射流状态下喷管直径对空穴大小影响较大;流场形态由气泡流态转化为射流流态后,中高频段内的声压非线性增大;相同的射流韦伯数下,小直径的喷管能够抑制气泡噪声的产生。
Noise of submerged gas jet is one of the main noise sources for submerged weapons.The nozzle size plays an important role in the noise generated,especially in the noise induced by gas-liquid flow near the nozzle.In order to study the effects of nozzle size on the flow patterns and noise characteristics,experiments of three nozzles with different sizes are carried out and the submerged gas jet noises are investigated.The results show that the nozzle sizes have great influences on the shapes of the cavities around the nozzle exit which fragmentate at downstream in jetting regime. When the flow pattern transforms from bubbling regime to jetting regime,the corresponding noise levels increase non-linearly.With the same Weber number,the smaller size of nozzle could weaken the generated bubble noise.
