摘要
以我国"丝绸之路经济带"重大倡议中具有重要地位的城市乌鲁木齐市作为研究区,构建生态环境和经济发展指标,运用熵权法、协调度和协调发展度模型,对乌鲁木齐市生态环境与经济发展的协调水平进行评价与分析.结果表明,2005—2016年乌鲁木齐市经济发展综合得分值整体上高于生态环境得分值,但各年的经济发展综合得分和生态环境综合得分之间的差别不大,此期间乌鲁木齐市生态环境与经济发展的协调状况不够稳定,但是总体趋势属优质协调发展类,2012年以来,生态环境与经济的协调关系保持着稳定的良好关系,并且乌鲁木齐市近12年来的生态环境与经济系统的协调发展水平处于协调发展类,且协调发展度从前5年的初级协调发展向良好协调发展转变.
This paper takes Urumqi,an important city in China s major initiative of“silk road economic belt”,as a research area to build ecological environment and economic development indicators.Using entropy weight method,coordination degree and coordinated development degree model,the harmonious level of ecological environment and economic development in Urumqi was evaluated and analyzed.The results show that Urumqi in 2005-2016 economic development comprehensive scoring value overall scores higher than that of the ecological environment,but in each of the composite scores for economic development and ecological environment comprehensive score is not big,the differences between this period the coordination situation of ecological environment and economic development in Urumqi is not stable,coordinated development class,but the overall trend is a high quality since 2012,the coordination of relationship between ecological environment and economy maintained a stable relationship,and Urumqi in nearly 12 years of coordinated development of ecological environment and economic system in the coordinated development of class,Moreover,the development degree of coordination has been changing from the initial coordinated development in the past five years to a good coordinated development.
