摘要
高压电能表替代传统高压电能计量装置,直接接入高压电力线路,具有安全性高、计量准确、节能减排和防窃电等优点,已被广泛认可。随着高压电能表使用数量不断增多、应用范围逐步扩大,特别是应用环境的不断拓展,对其可能引发的安全性问题必须引起高度关注。论文通过对影响高压电能表安全性能的主要因素分析,提出了增强绝缘型高压电能表的概念,并经过试验和实际应用情况验证,证明增强绝缘的可行性,以切实有效地保证高压电能表这一具有诸多优点的电能计量设备,在不断深入的智能电网建设中发挥更大作用。
The high-voltage watt-hour meter is direcdy connected to the high-voltage power line,which replaces the traditional high-voltage energy metering device.It has the advantages of high safety,high metering accuracy,energy saving and emission reduction and anti-theft.It has been widely accepted.With the gradual expansion of application scope and quantity,especially the expansion of application environment,the safety problems may be caused by high-voltage watt-hour meter should be paid high attention.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the safety performance of high-voltage watt-hour meter,and proposes the concept of reinforced insulated high-voltage watt-hour meter,and proves the feasibility of reinforced insulation through experimental and practical application verification,so as to effectively ensure high-voltage watt-hour meter which has many advantages plays a greater role in the smart grid construction.
