10kV配电网高压一体化智能组件的设计

摘要 根据高压设备智能化和现在智能配网的发展趋势,融合当前电子式互感器、高电位芯片植入等多种新技术,提出一种配网系统一、二次侧一体化智能组件设计方案,解决目前智能变电站建设成本高昂、只能在110 kV及以上电压等级应用的限制,形成中低压智能配网系统。采用Rogowski、LPCT线圈与电容分压器进行电气信号采样,A、B、C三相数据采集电路模块与合并单元电路模块通过相间电容取能方式工作在高压侧,在另外添加储能元件和设计唤醒机制电路来减小启动时间和启动电流,并通过光纤进行绝缘和信息交换,直接输出IEC61850数字报文,最终实现智能电网关于智能组件与高压设备一体化的构想。 According to high voltage equipment and intelligent now smart distribution automation trend of development,integration of the current electronic transformer,high voltage chip implants and other new technology,the article put forward a kind of design of integrated intelligent component,based on primary and secondary electric equipment technology,solve the intelligent substation construction cost is high,only in the 110 kV and above voltage rank application limitation,formation in low voltage distribution system.Using Rogowski,LPCT coil and capacitor voltage divider for the electrical signal sampling,A,B,C three-phase data acquisition circuit module and merging unit circuit module through the capacitive coupling and can work in the pressure side,the addition of an energy storage element and a circuit design wake-up mechanism to reduce the starting current and starting time and,through the optical fibre the insulation and the exchange of information,direct output of IEC61850 digital message,final implementation of smart grid on intelligent components and high voltage equipment integration concept.
