摘要
萃取剂处理成本高、用量大且存在污染,这是阻碍溶剂萃取技术在含油污泥处理中应用的关键技术难题。为了提高含油污泥处理效率、降低处理成本,在分析吉林油田某采油厂含油污泥组分的基础上,通过改变工艺参数,选择轻质油为萃取剂,提出了一种"调质预处理+三级循环萃取+离心分离+萃取剂回收"的高效含油污泥处理工艺。实验结果表明,在搅拌速率为1 200 r/min、搅拌时间40 min、加热温度60℃、混合质量比(萃取剂∶含油污泥)为2∶1的条件下,可实现含油污泥脱水率≥86%、脱油率≥93%、萃取剂回收率≥91%的较理想处理效果。
The high cost,large consumption and pollution are the key technical problems in the application of the solvent extraction technology on treatment of oily sludge.In order to improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the processing cost of oily sludge,based on the analysis of oily sludge components in a production plant of Jilin Oilfield,by changing process parameters and selecting light oil as the extractant,a process flow of tempering pretreatment+three-level circle extraction+centrifugal separation+extractant recycling is proposed.The experimental results show that when the stirring rate is 1200 r/min,stirring time is 40 min,heating temperature is 60℃,and mixing mass ratio(extractant:oily sludge)is 2:1,the oily sludge dewatering rate is not less than 86%,the oil removal rate is not less than 93%,and the recovery rate of extractant is not less than 91%.
