摘要
在石油开采和处理过程中会产生大量含油污泥,若不能妥善处理,会造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费。国内对于含油污泥的处理技术还不够成熟,很多方法未能成功工业化,找寻适宜的分离技术是处理含油污泥的关键之一。针对此问题,总结了常用的分离技术,介绍了每种技术的基本流程、当前生产实际中的应用范围和特点,并对比其优缺点,合理地归纳了每种技术的发展方向,方便研究人员参考,以及行业内处理含油污泥时,方法的选用和耦合。
In the process of oil exploitation and treatment,a large amount of oily sludge will be produced,which will cause serious environmental pollution and waste of resources if it is not properly treated.Domestic treatment technology for oily sludge is not mature enough,and many methods have not been successfully industrialized.Finding suitable separation technology is one of the keys to treat oily sludge.To solve this problem,this paper summarizes the commonly used separation technologies,introduces the basic process of each technology,its application scope and characteristics in current production practice,compares its advantages and disadvantages,and reasonably sums up the development direction of each technology,which is convenient for researchers to refer to,as well as the selection and coupling of methods when treating oily sludge in the industry.
