摘要
由于平封头与筒体连接部位几何不连续,易产生应力集中,导致疲劳强度降低,工程上往往采用设置应力释放槽或过渡圆角的方法解决。引入影响带应力释放槽的平封头与筒体连接处应力集中系数的无量纲参数,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件和SPSS数据统计分析软件,对平封头与筒体连接部位局部应力的分布规律进行研究,找出平封头厚度、筒体直径、筒体厚度、应力释放槽几何尺寸与应力集中系数之间的定性和定量关系,为工程上确定应力释放槽的几何尺寸提供指导。研究结果表明,应力集中系数与结构几何尺寸之间的定量关系式符合工程应用的精度。
Due to its geometric discontinuity,the connecting position of flat head and cylinder generates stress concentration easily and reduce fatigue strength.In engineering applications,the method of setting stress release slot or transition fillet is often adopted to deal with the problem.Therefore,introducing non-dimensional parameters that they influence the stress concentration factor of flat head with stress release groove and cylinder connecting part.It uses software of ANSYS and SPSS to research on the distribution law of local stress in the connection part of flat head and cylinder body,and find out qualitative and quantitative relationship of flat head thickness,cylinder thickness,cylinder diameter,stress release slot size and stress concentration factor.The results show that the quantitative relationship between the stress concentration factor and the geometrical size is consistent with the accuracy of the engineering application.
