摘要
主要论述了某铜选厂磨矿系统的扩能改造方案,综合考虑了各方案的总投资、施工造成停产损失、改造后运营成本等方面的因素,最终推荐了保持原有磨机基础不变,更换筒体直径、变更装机功率的磨机改造方案。
The paper explores the expansion renovation scenarios of the grinding system in one copper concentrate,takes into consideration of factors such as total investment,loss from shutdown due to construction,and operation cost after renovation,and finally recommends the renovation scenario that keeps the original mill foundation unchanged but changes the drum diameter and the installation power of the mill.
