摘要
目的:分析沟通技巧在门诊护士分诊中的重要性。方法:随机选取我院100例门诊患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,各50例,给予常规组普通咨询回答方法,研究组在此基础上,对患者运用沟通技巧方法,比较两组的就诊时间和护理满意度情况。结果:研究组总满意率为98%,常规组总满意率为60%,两者相比,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组就诊时间和纠纷率均优于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊患者采用沟通技巧可减少护患纠纷,缩短就诊时间,提高其护理满意度,值得在临床实践中进一步推广。
Objective:to analyze the importance of communication skills in the ambulatory nurses'diagnosis.Methods:randomly selected100cases in our hospital patients as the research object,it can be divided into two groups,50cases in eachgroup,given conventional ordinary consulting answer method,study group on the basis of this,the patients with the use ofcommunication skills,situation of treatment time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:the total satisfaction rate of the study group was98%,and the total satisfaction rate of the conventional group was60%.Thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the time and the dispute rate in the study group were better than those in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:communication skills for outpatients can reduce nurse patient disputes,shorten visiting time and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
