摘要
总氮是衡量水质的核心指标之一,具体包括有机氮与无机氮,其浓度应高于氨氮。但是,在具体的检测工作中,时常会出现总氮测定结果比氨氮小的异常现象。本文对该现象产生的原因进行了分析,并以消解化学方程式为根据对方法进行改进设计,借助TOC/TN分析仪对总氮进行测定,旨在获得更为准确的试验数据。实践表明,仪器法具有操作简便、快速及环保等优势,适用于地表水中的总氮测定。
Total nitrogen is one of the core indicators for measuring water quality,including organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen,and its concentration should be higher than ammonia nitrogen.However,in the specific testing work,the abnormal phenomenon that the total nitrogen measurement result is smaller than the ammonia nitrogen often occurs.In this paper,the causes of this phenomenon are analyzed,and the method is improved based on the digestion equation.The total nitrogen is determined by TOC/TN analyzer,aiming to obtain more accurate test data.Practice has shown that the instrument method has the advantages of simple operation,rapid and environmental protection,and is suitable for the determination of total nitrogen in surface water.
