摘要
总氮含量是衡量水质好坏的重要指标之一,水质总氮测定工作,对了解水质情况具有非常重要的意义。在进行水质总氮测定的过程中,要求空白吸光度不能超过0.030,但在实际的测定工作中,往往会出现空白吸光度偏高的情况,这就需要找出影响空白的因素,并进行系统的分析和研究,从而制定有效的解决方案。本文对此进行详细的探讨,并提出可靠的建议。
Total nitrogen content is one of the important indicators to evaluate water quality.The determination of total nitrogen in water is of great significance for understanding and determining water quality.In the process of measuring total nitrogen for water quality,the blank absorbance can not exceed 0.030,but in the actual testing work,there is often a high degree of blank absorbency,which needs to find out the factors that affect the blank,and make a systematic analysis and study,so as to formulate effective solutions.This article makes a detailed discussion on this and puts forward some reliable suggestions.
