摘要
煅烧后的脱硫石膏即脱硫建筑石膏在水化时具有水化速度快、对缓凝剂不敏感、保水性差的特点,对比天然建筑石膏,分析以上特性产生的原因。结果表明:脱硫建筑石膏颗粒较大的内比表面积,无定形相(一种比β-半水石膏结晶颗粒小得多的相)及狭缝孔的存在,导致水化反应迅速;狭缝孔隙的存在影响缓凝剂的作用效果,适当粉磨将脱硫建筑石膏颗粒中狭缝孔隙打开,使之对缓凝剂的吸附效果提高,缓凝剂作用效果改善;脱硫石膏矿物杂质含量少于天然石膏,是一种硫酸钙含量较高的石膏,在煅烧不完全、标准稠度需水量较大时仍具有较高强度。
The calcined flue gas desulfurized gypsum(FGD building gypsum)is characterized by high hydration rate,insensitivity to retarders,and poor water retention.Compared with natural building gypsum,reasons of those characteristics are analyzed.The results show that the large internal specific surface area,amorphous phase(A phase whose crystal size much smaller than that of(3-CaS04.0.5H20),and slit pores in F G D building gypsum particles lead to a high activity and rapid hydration and setting and hardening.Grinding opens a certain number of slit pores thus enabling the retarder molecules to more effectively enwrap the particles and exert its functions.FGD gypsum is a type of gypsum with a high content of calcium sulphate,so it still has high strength in the cases of incomplete calcinations and high water demand for normal consistency.
