摘要
传统的档案管理模式主要以手工为主。随着网络信息技术的发展和普及,计算机网络和多媒体与档案管理的迅速结合,使档案管理由传统的手工档案管理模式过渡到混合管理模式。在未来,先进的互联网技术会在档案管理工作中更加广泛地应用,使得档案管理模式进入完全信息化模式。对高校档案管理模式以及互联网技术在高校档案管理模式中的具体应用进行了研究,并就现在的档案管理模式中存在的问题进行了剖析,同时给出了相应的解决方案。
The traditional archives management mode is mainly manual.With the development and popularization of network information technology,computer network and multimedia are rapidly combined with archives management,transiting archives management from the traditional manual archives management mode to mixed management pattern.In the future,the advanced Internet technology will be more widely used in archives management,so that the archives management mode will be completely informatized.This paper studies the management mode of university archives and the application of Internet technology in the management mode of university archives.At the same time,the problems existing in the current management mode are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding solutions are given.
