摘要
在知识经济条件下,要树立"档案人第一"的档案管理理念。在档案的保管与利用中,我们一贯强调"用户第一"的管理理念,这无疑是正确的。但在知识经济条件下,仅仅强调这一点是不够的,在观念与实践中,应当实行"用户"和"档案人"并重的观点,这是知识经济对我们的呼唤和要求,同样也符合档案馆本身的实际情况与发展规律。本文论述了档案管理的内容,并提出知识经济时代档案管理工作的特点,如何实现高校档案管理模式的三大转变。
In the knowledge economy,the archives management should set up the concept of people first.In the keeping and use of archives,it is doubtless right to emphasize the management concept of consumer first.But in the knowledge economy,it is not enough to only emphasize one concept.In the sense and practice,we should lay equal stress on the consumers and the people,which is the demand of the knowledge economy and fit the actual situation and law of development of archives.This paper describes the content of archives management and puts forward the feature of archives management and how to realize three transformations of archives management model in colleges.
