摘要
目的:探讨尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗肱骨髁间RiseboroughⅢ型、Ⅳ型骨折疗效分析。方法:收治RiseboroughⅢ型、Ⅳ型肱骨髁间骨折患者20例,采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路治疗。结果:该术式入路安全、岀血量少,切口全甲级愈合,患者均达到骨性愈合,肘关节功能评分优良,手术并发症少。结论:该手术入路安全,暴露充分,骨折复位满意,骨折愈合好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of olecranon osteotomy on the treatment of Riseborough III and IV fractures of the humeral condyle.Methods:20 patients with Riseborough type III,type IV or type C humeral intercondylar fractures were treated with olecranon osteotomy.Results:The surgical approach was safe,the blood volume was less,the incision was all grade a healing,the patients all reached the bone healing,the elbow joint function score was excellent,and the operative complications were less.Conclusion:The operative approach is safe and fully exposed,with satisfactory fracture reduction and good fracture healing.
