摘要
试验以新鲜成熟的东方野豌豆为原料,通过加入不同剂量的乳酸菌和纤维素酶进行发酵处理,研究其对东方野豌豆青贮品质的影响。试验分为6组,CK为无添加对照组,处理组分别添加纤维素酶(CF1)0.5 g·kg^(-1),纤维素酶(CF2)1.0 g·kg^(-1),乳酸菌酶(LD1)0.5 g·kg^(-1),乳酸菌酶(LD2)1.0 g·kg^(-1),纤维素酶0.5 g·kg^(-1)+乳酸菌酶(MIX)0.5 g·kg^(-1),每组3个重复。青贮60 d后取样分析各项指标。处理组的p H、氨态氮和丁酸含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)含量较对照组分别提高9.05%~39.45%、11.48%~32.53%(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著降低(P<0.05),处理组的乳酸和乙酸含量较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结果表明,添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶使东方野豌豆青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值均得到了改善,其中以添加0.5 g·kg^(-1)纤维素酶+0.5 g·kg^(-1)乳酸菌酶组效果最优。
This experiment picked fresh ripe Vicia japonica A.Gray and added different lactic acid bacteria and cellulose on silage of Vicia japonica A.Gray which researched the effects on silage quality of Vicia japonica A.Gray.The experiment six groups were designed,CK was control group,others group were test groups:0.5 g·kg^-1 cellulose(CK1),1.0 g·kg^-1 cellulose(CK2),0.5 g·kg^-1 lactic acid bacteria(LD1),1.0 g·kg^-1 lactic acid bacteria(LD2),0.5 g·kg^-1 cellulose+0.5 g·kg^-1 lactic acid bacteria(MIX),each group contained three replicates.After 60 days of storage,all indicators were analyzed.The contents of PH,NH3-N and butyric acid in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the CK(P<0.05).The content of DM and CP in the treatment group were increased by 9.05%-39.45%and 11.48%-32.53%(P<0.05).The contents of NDF and ADF were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of lactate acid and acetate acid in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of CK(P<0.05).The results showed that the fermentation quality and nutritional value of Vicia japonica A.Gray silage were improved by adding lactic acid bacteria and cellulose enzymes.MIX adding 0.5 g·kg^-1 Cellulose enzymes+0.5 g·kg^-1 lactic acid bacteria was improved optimal.
