摘要
针对钢铁企业采用干法除尘系统后高炉煤气管道腐蚀现象加重的状况,深入分析了煤气管道腐蚀加重的原因,煤气中的酸性气体和Cl离子是管道腐蚀的主要原因。并提出了相应的防腐措施,如采用煤气洗涤塔、外加电源阴极保护装置、外加套管控温、涂防腐层等。
Aiming at the aggravating corrosion in blast furnace gas pipes after using dry dust removal system in steel enterprises,the causes of aggravating corrosion in gas pipeline are analyzed in depth.Acid gases and Cl ions in gas are the main causes of pipe corrosion.Corresponding anti-corrosion measures,such as adopting gas scrubber,adding power cathodic protection device,adding casing temperature control and coated anti-corrosion layer,are put forward.
