摘要
以周向、轴向椭圆缺陷和孔形缺陷为研究对象,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,考查缺陷长轴长度、短轴长度和缺陷深度等参数对高压煤气管道剩余强度和剩余寿命的影响规律.结果表明,煤气管道等效应力云图可以分为两个区域.远离缺陷区域和缺陷附近区域.对于轴向椭圆形腐蚀缺陷,随着长轴长度、缺陷深度的增加,最大等效应力呈增加的趋势,长轴长度出现临界值;随着短轴长度的增加,最大等效应力呈减小的趋势,并出现临界值;对于周向椭圆形腐蚀缺陷,随着长轴长度的增加,最大等效应力呈减小的趋势,并出现临界值;随着短轴长度、缺陷深度的增加,最大等效应力呈现增加的趋势,成正比例关系;对于圆柱孔形腐蚀缺陷,随着缺陷半径、缺陷深度的增加,最大等效应力呈现增加的趋势,呈线性相关关系;管道剩余寿命与腐蚀厚度呈线性相关关系,已知腐蚀厚度,便可推算出剩余寿命.所得结论对煤气管道的正常运行有一定的参考意义.
Taking circumferential and axial elliptical defects and hole shape defects as research objects,with the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the influence rules of the parameters such as length of long axis,length of short axis and depth of defect on residual strength and remaining life of the high-pressure gas pipeline are investigated.The results show that the equivalent stress nephogram of gas pipeline can be divided into two regions:area far away from the defect and area near the defect.For the axial elliptical corrosion defect,the maximum equivalent stress raises with the increase of length of long axis and depth of defect,and length of long axis has a critical value.With the increase of length of short axis,the maximum equivalent stress decreases and becomes critical.For the circumferential elliptical corrosion defects,the maximum equivalent stress decreases with the increase of length of long axis,and a critical value appears.With the increase of length of short axis and depth of defect,the maximum equivalent stress increases in a positive proportion.For the cylindrical hole corrosion defects,the maximum equivalent stress increases with the increase of defect radius and defect depth.The residual life of the pipeline is linear with the corrosion thickness.If the corrosion thickness is known,the remaining life can be calculated.The conclusion has certain reference significance for the normal operation of gas pipeline.
