分布式配电网单相接地故障录波装置研制 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了一种分布式配电网接地故障录波装置的系统构成及软硬件设计方法与实现。接地故障录波装置设计为电压型和电流型故障录波装置,可分别实现对母线三相电压和零序电压以及馈线三相电流和零序电流的接地故障录波。文中介绍了接地故障录波功能实现过程中的关键技术,如嵌入式模块化设计方法、故障录波的起动、故障数据采集及存储、GPRS通信等。装置分散安装于10k V母线柜和各馈线出线柜中,电压电流信号就地采集存储,各馈线的电流型故障录波装置通过RS485通信,与母线的电压型故障录波装置交互数据,再由电压型故障录波装置与主站通信,现场接线简单,可靠性高。 This paper introduces a system configuration of fault recorder of distribution networks along with the design and implementation of the system.Fault recorder designed for the voltage type and current type can separately realize fault recording of three-phase voltage and zero-sequence voltage of the bus and three-phase current and zero sequence current of the feeder.In addition,it gives the key technologies in the realization of recording function,such as embedded modular design,start up of fault recording,fault data acquisition and storage,GPRS communication etc.At last,the device are installed discretely in the 10kV bus bar cabinet and the feeder cabinets,where the voltage and current signal are collected and stored locally.Each feeder's current type fault recorder is interacted through RS485 communication,and then the voltage type fault recorder is communicated with the main station.The on-site connection is simple and works well with high reliability.
