大型船用泵电气故障排查系统优化设计 被引量:1

Optimization design of electrical fault diagnosis system for large marine pumps

摘要 为保证船舶在海上安全行驶,在船用泵电气故障排查系统基础上,提出大型船用泵电气故障排查系统优化设计。基于系统电路优化设计和虚拟仪器优化设计,完成大型船用泵电气故障排查系统的硬件优化设计,依托大型船用泵电气故障排查系统的软件优化设计,实现了大型船用泵电气故障排查系统优化设计。实验数据表明,提出的优化后的船用泵电气故障排查系统在航行环境复杂情况下,故障排查能力提高48.32%,适合船用泵电气故障的排查。 In order to ensure the safe running of ships at sea,On the basis of the marine pump electrical fault diagnosis system,The optimization design of electrical fault detection system for large marine pumps is proposed.Based on System Circuit Optimization Design and Virtual Instrument Optimization Design,Complete the hardware optimization design of the large marine pump electrical fault diagnosis system,Relying on the Software Optimization Design of Large Marine Pump Electrical Fault Detection System,The optimization design of the large marine pump electrical fault diagnosis system is realized.Experimental data show that,The optimized marine pump electrical fault diagnosis system is proposed under the complex navigation environment,The troubleshooting ability was improved by 48.32%,It is suitable for troubleshooting electrical faults of marine pumps.
