摘要
射流加油阀因具有结构简单、体积小、成本低等优点在一些矿用移动设备中得到广泛应用。射流加油阀的结构设计可参考射流泵的相关设计方法,但一些结构参数对射流加油阀性能的影响很难在设计阶段准确预测或计算。基于此,运用CFD技术对射流加油阀流场进行数值解析,分析了不同工作流量或面积比时,射流加油阀内部的速度、压力分布情况以及吸入流量的数值,为射流加油阀设计方法的完善和结构优化提供参考。
The jet fuel valve has been widely used in some mining mobile devices for some merits such as simple structure,small volume and low cost.Design method of the jet pump can be referred to design the structure of the jet fuel valve,However,it is difficult to predict or calculate accurately the influence of some structural parameters on the performance of the jet fuel valve in the design phase.Therefore,the flow field of the jet fuel valve is analyzed numerical simulation with CFD technology,and the parameters such as velocity,pressure distribution and flow are analyzed on different work flow and area ratio conditions,which will provide reference for improving the design method and the optimization of the structure of the jet fuel valve.
