摘要
目的了解珠海地区居民合理用药常识和用药行为现状。方法在2016年10月至2017年4月采用问卷方式对珠海地区居民进行调查,内容包括一般情况、用药习惯、用药依从性、合理用药认识、药物不良反应及用药错误的发生情况等。结果部分被调查者有不正确的用药习惯。被调查者合理用药常识普遍缺乏,用药依从性不尽人意。中老年人(≥45岁)发生药品不良反应的风险高于青年人(<45岁)(P<0.05)。"自我判断"购药者更容易服用不恰当的药物(P<0.05)。"经常服药前阅读说明书"者更少出现用法用量不正确的情况(P<0.05)。"经常服药前留意药品有效期"者更少发生服用过期药品的事件(P<0.05)。结论珠海地区居民用药习惯有待改善,合理用药认识水平亟待提高。药师应加强社区药学服务,推动合理用药公众教育。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and behaviors of rational drug use among Zhuhai citizens.Methods During October 2016 to April 2017,a questionnaire survey among Zhuhai citizens was conducted to investigate the medication behavior,the medication compliance,the knowledge of rational drug use and the incidences of adverse drug reaction and the medication errors.Results A number of respondents had incorrect medication habits.Among the respondents,the knowledge of rational drug use was generally lacking and the medication compliance was still less than satisfactory.The respondents aged over 45 were at higher risk of adverse drug reactions than those aged less than 45(P<0.05).The respondents with self-judgment for getting medicine were more likely to take inappropriate drugs(P<0.05).The respondents frequently reading the drug instruction before taking were less likely to experience the incorrect usage and dosage of medication(P<0.05).The respondents who often checked the expiration date were less likely to take expired medicines(P<0.05).Conclusion Among Zhuhai citizens,the medication habits need to be improved and the knowledge levels of rational drug use have to be enhanced urgently.Pharmacists also ought to strengthen the community pharmaceutical services to promote public education of rational drug use.
