摘要
总磷是一项极为重要的水质监测项目。在水中,磷主要以磷酸盐、缩合磷酸盐和有机结合磷酸盐的形式存在。总磷就是水体中磷元素的总含量。在进行总磷的测定时,通常用强氧化剂将各种形式的磷酸盐氧化成统一形态的正磷酸盐进行测定。正磷酸盐的常用测定方法有三种:一、钼酸铵比色法,此法灵敏度较低,但干扰物质较少;二、钼-锑-钪比色法,灵敏度高,颜色稳定,重复性好;三、氯化亚锡法,灵敏高但稳定性差,易受氯离子、硫酸盐等干扰。所以常用的是钼酸铵比色法。
Total phosphorus is an extremely important water quality monitoring project.In water,phosphorus is mainly present in the form of phosphates,condensed phosphates and organic bound phosphates.Total phosphorus is the total phosphorus content in water.In the measurement of total phosphorus,it is usually measured by oxidizing various forms of phosphates into a uniform form of orthophosphate with a strong oxidant.There are three commonly used methods for measuring orthophosphate:First,the ammonium molybdate colorimetric method,this method has a lower sensitivity,but less interference substances;Second,molybdenum-tantalum-tantalum colorimetric method,high sensitivity,color stability,repeatability Good;Third,stannous chloride law.Sensitive but poor stability,susceptible to chloride,sulfate and other interference.So commonly used is ammonium molybdate colorimetry.
