摘要
针对钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷消解步骤繁琐、消解管不好固定的现象,采用高压蒸汽锅、微波消解仪和恒温干燥箱方式消解样品,同时对三种消解方式所做的标准曲线和实际水样中总磷的含量进行实验对比。分析结果显示,用微波消解仪和恒温干燥箱消解法测定的样品总磷含量与高压蒸汽锅消解方式相比,数据无显著性差异,方法准确度、精密度符合要求,表明这两种消解法切实可行。
For the determination of total phosphorus in water by Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method is complicated and the digestion tubes are difficult to steady,this article adopts microwave digestion instrument and constant temperature drying oven to digest samples,then contrast experiments between three approaches of digestion and total phosphorus content in actual samples are carried out.The results show that significant differences are not existed in the digestion method of microwave digestion instrument and constant temperature oven,compared with high pressure steam boiler.It is accurate and both of the two methods are feasible.
