摘要
目的:探讨格拉司琼单独用药或联合用药对腹腔镜胆囊手术后患者恶心呕吐的预防和治疗效果。方法:将86例腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术患者随机分为参照组和实验组,在手术结束后给予参照组静脉滴注格拉司琼,实验组在格拉司琼静脉滴注的基础上给予患者甲氧氯普胺治疗,在围术期给予两组患者护理干预。将两组术后恶心呕吐的发生情况、住院时间、患者满意度等进行对比。结果:实验组的恶心呕吐发生率低于参照组(4.65%vs18.60%),下床活动时间和住院时间短于参照组,患者满意度高于参照组(95.35%vs79.07%),P<0.05。结论:在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后,给予患者格拉司琼可有效防治术后恶心呕吐,与单独用药相比,联合用药更能减少恶心呕吐的发生,可加快患者下床活动,缩短患者的住院时间,患者的满意度较高,建议临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of granisetron alone or combined in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:86 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group.After the operation,the intravenous drip of granisetron was given to the reference group.The experimental group was treated with granisetron on the basis of intravenous drip of granisetron.The patients were given nursing intervention during the perioperative period in both of the two groups.The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting,hospitalization time and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(4.65%vs.18.60%).The time and time of hospitalization were shorter than those in the reference group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the reference group(95.35%vs.79.07%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:After laparoscopic cholecystectomy,granisetron can effectively prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting.Compared with a single drug,combined medication can reduce the occurrence of nausea and vomiting,speed up the patients'ambulation,shorten the patient's time of hospitalization,with higher satisfaction,therefore,it is worth of clinical promotion.
