摘要
目的分析舒芬太尼和右美托咪定对术中麻醉及术后镇痛的效果。方法80例全身麻醉手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者术中给予芬太尼麻醉,术后给予舒芬太尼镇痛;观察组术中给予舒芬太尼麻醉,术后给予舒芬太尼和右美托咪定镇痛。比较两组的苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、气管导管或喉罩拔除时间、术后舒芬太尼使用量和疼痛程度。结果观察组苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、气管导管拔除时间分别为(27.31±6.21)、(9.31±1.20)、(8.31±1.25)min,短于对照组的(47.31±11.89)、(13.31±2.89)、(13.31±4.82)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后舒芬太尼使用量(17.12±2.67)μg少于对照组的(44.21±4.35)μg,术后疼痛评分(1.21±0.21)分低于对照组的(3.42±0.31)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼用于术中麻醉效果确切,可加速患者术后苏醒,而舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定对于术后镇痛的效果确切,可减轻术后痛苦,减少术后麻醉药物的使用量,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine on intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative analgesia.Methods A total of 80 patients with general anesthesia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received fentanyl anesthesia during surgery and sufentanil analgesia after surgery,patients in the observation group received sufentanil anesthesia during surgery and sufentanil and dexmedetomidine analgesia after surgery.The wake-up time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,removal time of tracheal tube or laryngeal mask,dosage of sufentanil used after surgery,and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results The wake-up time,spontaneous breathing recovery time and removal time of tracheal tube or laryngeal mask of the observation group were(27.31±6.21),(9.31±1.20)and(8.31±1.25)min,which were shorter than(47.31±11.89),(13.31±2.89)and(13.31±4.82)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dosage of sufentanil used after surgery(17.12±2.67)μg of the observation group were less than(44.21±4.35)μg of the control group,and postoperative pain score(1.21±0.21)points was lower than(3.42±0.31)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil used for intraoperative anesthesia has a definite effect and can accelerate the wake-up of patients after surgery.While combination of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine has a definite effect on postoperative analgesia,and it can relieve postoperative pain and reduce the dosages of anesthetics,which is worthy of promotion and application.
