《孟子》王道政治的自由观念——以“义利之辨”为核心 被引量:2

The Conception of Freedom of the Benevolent Government Politics in Mencius Based on the Debate between Justice and Benefit

摘要 孟子在回答梁惠王的文本中提出了儒家以民为本的王道政治理想,以"义利之辨"作为王道政治的道德原则,将道德自由与政治自由勾连在一起。一方面,"义利之辨"的实践意味着"君-民"结构下政治主体积极自由的实现;另一方面,消极自由的发挥,以及积极自由和消极自由的"共生性"的平衡,可以超越王道政治理想中"以民为本"和现实政治实践中"以君为主"的主体二重性困境。借助于对孟子文本的诠释,指出孟子的王道政治思想内部含有由道德自由导向政治自由的逻辑关联,同时也可通过仁义内在和天道为本突破主体二重性困境,从而使王道政治不仅是理想政治的模型,并且得以落实。 The-will-of-people is the principle of the benevolent government politics in Mencius.The debate between justice and benefit is the moral principle,which connects moral freedom and political freedom.On one hand,the practice of“debate between justice and benefit”means the accomplishment of the positive freedom of the subject of politics under the construction of the“monarch people”;on the other hand,the influence of negative freedom,and the balance between positive freedom and negative freedom,is supposed to go beyond the dilemma between“the-will-of-people”principle of the ideal politics and the monarch power in political reality.Through the interpretation of Mencius,this paper addresses the existence of logical trend from moral freedom to political freedom in the benevolent government politics,and at the same time,one can break through such dilemma based on benevolence Dao.Therefore,the benevolent government politics can be brought to the reality rather than merely a model of ideal politics.
