摘要
夜尿症在老年人中发病率高,且与年龄密切相关,是老年人面临的一大健康难题。夜尿症严重影响患者生活和睡眠质量,其所导致的睡眠缺乏会使患者的抑郁症、心血管疾病和糖尿病等疾病的患病率升高,夜间起床会增加摔伤和骨折的概率,甚至造成死亡。全球人口老龄化问题是21世纪最重大的发展趋势之一,中国老龄化速度是发达国家的2倍,预计到2020年,老年人口将达到2.48亿。随着社会人口老龄化的加剧,老年人夜尿症问题越来越受到人们的关注。文章将对老年人夜尿症治疗概况进行综述。
Nocturia has a high incidence in the elderly,which is closely related to age and is a major health problem for the elderly.Nocturia seriously affects the quality of life and sleep of patients.The lack of sleep caused by nocturia may increase the prevalence of depression,cardiovascular disease,and diabetes,and it may increase the probability of falls and fractures and even cause death.The aging of the global population is one of the most important development trends in the 21st century.China's aging population is twice as fast as that of developed countries.It is estimated that by 2020,the elderly population will reach 248 million.With the aging of the social population,the problem of nocturia in elderly people has received ever-increasing publicity.The article reviews the treatment of elderly people with nocturia.
