摘要
双块式无砟轨道是高速铁路隧道内轨道的主要结构形式之一。受下部基础变形、隧道渗水等不利因素的影响,个别隧道内的双块式无砟轨道出现了轨道板上拱病害。本文以一高速铁路隧道内双块式无砟轨道上拱病害为研究对象,在病害调研及成因分析的基础上,提出了绳锯法分层切割处理病害的整治方案。经实践验证,该方案对运营高铁影响较小,整治效果良好,可为类似病害整治提供借鉴。
The double-block ballastless track is one of the main track types used in long tunnels of high speed railway.Affected by the unbenefcial factors such as base deformation,tunnel seepage and so on,track heaving of double-block ballastless track happened in some tunnels.Taking such a case as research object,and on the basis of defect investigation and research and cause analysis,the treatment scheme which was called wire saw method was put forward for treating the heaving of double-block ballastless track.The practice showed that the method has little influence on train operation and the treatment effect was satisfed.The method could provide reference to similar defect treatment.
