铁路隧道底部结构重构方案及施工自动监测技术 被引量:1

摘要 西南地区GZ隧道K1967+800^+950段底部结构出现了不同程度的隆起。为合理确定整治范围,对隆起段进行了长期的人工和自动观测;为建立施工期间可靠的自动监测系统,文章分析了仰拱拆除与重构设计方案以及国内外隧道结构和轨道的自动监测技术。结果表明:(1)截止2019年5月,K1967+895^+945段右线道床出现了非常严重的隆起变形,K1967+805^+810段左线道床也出现了一定程度的隆起变形;(2)2018年4月~2019年5月,K1967+905^+935段人工测点C5的月均上拱量为1.91~2.59 mm,自动测点R1~R7的月均上拱量为1.99~3.00 mm;(3)对K1967+796^+814段和K1967+886^+952段病害的整治采取底部结构拆除与重构方案,并将仰拱结构矢跨比由原设计的1/14调整为1/8;(4)隧道边墙的收敛及拱顶沉降可通过选用激光位移计进行自动监测,钢轨沉降及横向位移可通过选用微压差静力水准仪+位移计或SAA陈列式位移计进行自动监测。 The floor structure at the cection of K1967+800^+950 of the GZ tunnel in Southwest China had been heaved in varying degrees.In order to reasonably determine the treatment range of the heaving section,tong-term manual and auto-monitoring was carried out;In order to establish a reliable auto-monitoring system during construction,the design scheme of inverted arch removal and reconstruction and the auto-monitoring technology of tunnel lining and track at home and abroad were analyzed.The results show that:(1)By May 2019,the track bed on the right line at the section of K1967+895^+945 has a very serious heaving deformation,and the track bed on the left line at the section of K1967+805^+810 has a certain degree of heaving deformation.(2)From April 2018 to May 2019,the average monthly heaving values of manual monitoring point No.C5 at the section of K1967+905^+935 raised from 1.91 mm to 2.59 mm,and that of auto-monitoring points No.R1 to R7 raised from 1.99 mm to 3.00 mm.(3)For the disease treatment at the sections of K1967+796^+814 and K1967+886^+952 the scheme of floor structure removal and reconstruction was taken,and the ratio of height to span of inverted arch structure was adjusted from 1/14 of the original design to 1/8.(4)Laser displacement meter can be used for auto-monitoring of tunnel side wall convergence and vault settlement,and micro differential pressure hydrostatic level gauge+displacement meter or SAA shape array meter can be used for automonitoring of rail settlement and lateral displacement.
