摘要
在国家新型城镇化与乡村振兴战略的双重背景下,探索如何构建良好健康的城乡关系,推动城乡融合发展成为地理学的一个关键命题。本文对城乡融合发展概念进行了辨析与界定,在充分把握城乡融合的概念内涵与外延,并考虑了县域单元的基本特征后,构建了以城乡空间、经济、社会及城乡主体功能四个基本要素为准则层的县域尺度城乡融合发展现状的评价指标体系,为有效评估我国当前县域城乡融合发展现状、科学指导城乡发展实践、大力促进乡村振兴提供参考。
In the context of national new urbanization and rural revitalization,how to establish sound urban and rural relationship and promote urban and rural integration development is a key project for geography.The paper defines the concept of the urban and rural integration development,and establishes the evaluations index system with four basic elements of urban-rural space,economy,society and urban-rural main functions,which provides reference for effective evaluation of urban and rural integration development on the base of county,and guidance for urban and rural development practice to revitalize countrysides.
