中国林蛙体内重金属与环境的相关性分析 被引量:4

Correlation Analysis of Heavy Metals in Rana chensinensis and Their Environment

摘要 调查吉林省地区中国林蛙的生存环境以及中国林蛙各部位重金属含量,同时分析中国林蛙体内重金属含量与生态环境重金属之间的相关关系,评价中国林蛙生存环境重金属含量对中国林蛙体内重金属含量的影响。随机选择6个监测点,采集并检测中国林蛙生存环境中土壤、流动水、池中水和中国林蛙体内蛤蟆油、肝、骨、籽中的重金属含量。采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法检测林蛙各部位重金属总量以及铅、镉、铜、汞、砷元素的含量;以土壤环境质量标准GB15618-1995及地表水环境质量标准GB3838-20判断各种重金属元素含量超标情况。应用偏最小二乘方法分析林蛙体内重金属与生存环境中重金属之间的相关关系。结果表明林蛙体内骨、籽中的铜含量与其生存的池中水和流动水中的铜含量有显著的相关关系(P<0.05)。中国林蛙体内重金属含量与其生存环境中的重金属含量相关,应严控环境中的重金属污染以利于中国林蛙的用药安全。 We investigated heavy metal contents in body parts of Rana chensinensis and heavy metals in the ecological environments of this frog.Our objectives were to analyze the correlation between them and to assess the effect of heavy metal content in the environment on the content of heavy metals in Rana chensinensis.We randomly selected 6 monitoring sites to collect and detect heavy metals in fat,liver,bone and eggs of Rana chensinensis and in soil,flowing water,and pond water of its environment.Atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used to detect the total amount of heavy metals and the contents of lead,cadmium,copper,mercury and arsenic in different parts of Rana chensinensis.The environmental quality standards for soils(GB15618-1995)and for surface water(GB3838-20)were used to judge the excess of the content of various heavy metal elements.We compared heavy metals contents in the environment with those in frogs by use of the partial least squares method.Cu in bones of Rana chensinensis was significantly correlated to that in pool water,and the Cu in eggs of Rana chensinensis was significantly correlated to that in flowing water(P<0.05).The content of heavy metals in Rana chensinensis was related to that in the environment.Heavy metal pollution in the environment should be strictly controlled to benefit the safety of traditional medicinal use of Rana chensinensis.
