摘要
为了探讨团头鲂鱼体中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe含量与饲料中Mn、Mg含量的相互关系,以平均体重为(50.15±0.46)g的团头鲂为试验对象,使用半纯化饲料,在饲料中分别设计Mn、Mg 5个剂量梯度,在池塘网箱中养殖85 d。测定团头鲂全鱼、肌肉、鳞片和脊椎骨中Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe含量,并与饲料中Mn、Mg含量进行相关性分析,得到以下试验结果:团头鲂鱼体全鱼的Fe、Cu、Zn含量与饲料中Mn含量表现为负相关关系,其中鳞片中Zn、全鱼中的Fe含量与饲料中Mn含量的负相关性更强。团头鲂全鱼Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe的含量与饲料中Mg含量具有正相关关系;但鳞片、脊柱骨中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn含量与饲料中Mg含量具有负相关关系。团头鲂鳞片中Zn、Cu含量较高;鳞片中Zn含量与饲料中Mn含量的关系,鳞片中Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn含量与饲料中Mg含量的关系均显示出较强的负相关关系。
In order to investigate bream (Megalobrama amblycephala)for correlation analysis in the iron, copper, manganese, zinc content of fish and the manganese, magnesium content of diet, we use bream which average weight is (50.15±0.46) g as test object, and design 5 different content of Mn. Mg semi-purified diets. After 85 d feeding in pond cages, examining the content of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe of whole fish. muscle, scales and vertebrae of bream, which doing the correlation analysis with the con- tent of Mn, Mg of the diets. The results show that: the content of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn of the whole fish of bream showed a negative correlation with the content of Mn of diets, and the stronger negative correla- tion in the content of Zn of scales, the content of Fe of muscle and the content of Mn of diets. Al- though the positive correlation in the content of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe of whole body and the content of Mg of diets, bul there was a negative correlation relationship between the content of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe of scaly, spine hone and the content of Mg of diets. The content of Fe, Zn, Cu of scaly was higher of bream. Bolh the relationship between the content of Zn of scaly and the content of Mn of diet , and the rela- tionship between the content of Fe,Zn, Cu, Mn of scaly and the content of Mg of diet showed a strong negative correlation.
