摘要
研究了有限元法(FEM)在连续拉深圆形件中的应用,通过有限元模拟分析得到各道次拉深成形杯形件的模具工艺尺寸,并与传统的经验法设计结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,结合经验法和有限元法,可以有效提高模具设计中各道次拉深工艺的可靠性,并降低模具开发成本。
This paper studies the application of finite element method(FEM)in continuous deep drawing circular parts.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the process dimensions of the cup-shaped parts of each pass deep drawing are obtained,and the results are compared with the traditional empirical design results.The research results show that the combination of empirical method and finite element method can effectively improve the reliability of each pass drawing process in mold design,and reduce the cost of mold development.
