不同方法处理的全株玉米青贮与玉米秸秆青贮对肉牛生长性能及经济效益的影响 被引量:33

Effects of Whole Corn Silage and Corn Stalk Silage with Different Treatments on Growth Performance and Economic Benefit of Beef Cattle

摘要 本试验旨在研究全株玉米与玉米秸秆在添加和不添加青贮添加剂的情况下,青贮品质的差异以及对肉牛生长性能及经济效益的影响。选取120头西门塔尔杂种牛(18月龄左右、平均体重450 kg)作为试验动物,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头牛。试验设计4种含不同粗饲料的试验饲粮,分别为全株玉米青贮饲粮(WS组)、全株玉米加菌青贮饲粮(WS-L组)、玉米秸秆青贮饲粮(CS组)和玉米秸秆加菌青贮(CS-L组)饲粮。预试期10 d,试验前期、后期各40 d。结果表明:1)添加青贮添加剂显著降低了全株玉米青贮的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05),同时增加了干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)含量(P>0.05),在一定程度上改善了全株玉米青贮的青贮品质。2)各组之间平均日干物质采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);相比CS组,CS-L组的平均日增重增加,料重比降低,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);与CS、CS-L组相比,W S和W S-L组的平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。3)W S-L组血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著低于CS-L组(P<0.05),其余各项血清生化指标各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。4)WS-L组每日利润最高,为10.98元/(头·d),比WS组略有增加,比CS和CS-L组分别增加了51.66%、50.62%。综合分析表明,添加青贮添加剂改善了全株玉米青贮的青贮品质,对玉米秸秆青贮的青贮品质无显著影响;相比玉米秸秆青贮,全株玉米青贮提高了西门塔尔杂交肉牛的生长性能,增加了经济效益。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the difference of silage quality between whole corn and corn stalk whether adding or not adding silage additive,and the effects of them on growth performance and economic benefit of beef cattle.One hundred and twenty Simmental hybrids(about 18 months old with an average body weight of 450 kg)were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 cows per replicate.Four different experimental diets were designed,which were different in forage,they were whole corn silage diet(WS group),inoculated whole corn silage diet(WS-L group),corn stalk silage diet(CS group),inoculated corn stalk silage diet(CS-L group),respectively.The preliminary trial period was 10 d,and the early period and later period of the test were 40 d,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)adding silage additive significantly reduced the content of neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)(P<0.05),and increased the contents of dry matter(DM)and crude protein(CP)in whole corn silage(P>0.05),therefore,to a certain extent,improved the silage quality of whole corn silage.2)Among the groups,the average daily dry matter intake had no significant difference(P>0.05);compared with the CS group,the average daily gain(ADG)was increased and feed:gain(F/G)was decreased in CS-L group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05);compared with the CS and CS-L groups,the ADG was significantly increased and the F/G was significantly decreased in WS and WS-L groups(P<0.05).3)The serum total cholesterol(TC)content in WS-L group was significantly lower than that in CS-L group(P<0.05),and the other serum biochemical indexes were not significantly different among all groups(P>0.05).4)WS-L group had the highest daily profit,it was 10.98 RMB/(head·d),which was slightly higher than WS group,and increased by 51.66%and 50.62%compared with CS and CS-L groups,respectively.The results showed that adding silage additive can improve the silage quality of whole corn silage,but has no significant effect on the silage quality of corn stalk silage.Compares with corn stalk silage,whole corn silage increases the growth performance and the economic benefit of beef cattle.
